How it works

The data layer

One database. Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Amazon, your payments and your spend, joined.

Every client gets their own database. Connections bring the data in on a schedule and put it into one shape, so an order, a customer and a payment from different tools sit in the same tables and can be joined.

How it works.

6 parts. Try the ones that move.

  • 1

    Your own database

A separate database and deployment per client. Nothing shared, nothing to leak between businesses.

  • 2

    Connected on a schedule

Shopify every fifteen minutes, everything else hourly. Each run is recorded with what it brought in.

Live from every channel. Sample data for a fictional brand.

  • 3

    One shape for everything

Orders, customers, products, payments and events land in shared tables whatever they came from, so they join.

  • 4

    Files for the rest

Bank statements, spend exports, stockist reports and spreadsheets come in as files and land in the same tables.

  • 5

    Access decided in the database

Row-level security on every table. A screen cannot show what the database will not release.

  • 6

    Yours to keep

Backed up nightly into your own project, kept 30 days, test-restored from Settings. Exported in full when you leave.

What changes.

  • One shape for every source, so questions can cross tools.
  • Synced on a schedule: your store every 15 minutes, the rest hourly.
  • Every sync is logged; a failure shows the same day and the last good data keeps serving.
  • Your data is yours: exported in full whenever you ask, backed up nightly.

One source of truth, and it is yours.
