Klaviyo and your sales, together

OS DEPT connects to Klaviyo and keeps campaigns, flows, lists, segments and profiles next to your orders, every 5 minutes by default. Campaigns built or edited here go to Klaviyo as drafts, and edits made in Klaviyo come back.

How connecting works

1. Open Settings, Connections in your platform and click Connect next to Klaviyo.
2. Sign in to Klaviyo, pick the account and click Allow.
3. The first sync brings in your recent history within a few minutes.

Good to know

• Campaigns, templates and flows made here always arrive in Klaviyo as drafts. OS DEPT never sends an email by itself.
• Changing profiles, lists and flows from OS DEPT needs Klaviyo's write access. Until it is granted, those buttons say so.
